Delete your account

You can ask Kiran Jewels India to delete your EKAM by Kiran app account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Email privacy@kiranjewels.in from the email address HR has on record, with the subject “Delete my EKAM account”.
2. Include your employee code and full name. Do not send your password.
3. We may call or message you on the number HR has on record to confirm it is really you.
4. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done. You can also hand the same request to HR in person.

Write the request now (opens your email app with the request filled in).

What we delete

• Your app sign-in: your username and password hash, and every active session.
• Push notification tokens for all your devices, and your notification inbox.
• Your profile photo, if you added one.

Signing out or uninstalling the app removes the data it keeps on your phone. If you have Face ID or fingerprint sign-in on, that stays on your phone and was never sent to us.

What we keep, and for how long

Some records are not app data but employment records that Indian law requires us to keep, whether or not you use the app. They are kept, then deleted, as below:

• Attendance, leave and gate-pass records: up to eight years, under labour law.
• Salary, tax and provident fund records: up to eight years, under tax and PF law.
• Records needed for a dispute or legal claim, until it is settled.

You can still get copies of your salary slips from HR after your app account is deleted.

KJI Bag Details

KJI Bag Details has no accounts and keeps no personal data, so there is nothing to delete. Uninstalling it removes it completely.
